Welcome to ITSafeNow, dedicated to information safety education for modern users. This document governs your access to our services at itsafenow.top.

2. Scope of Services

ITSafeNow provides:

• Live or recorded educational sessions
• Digital materials such as eBooks and tutorials
• Physical guides and printed resources

3. User Obligations

By using our services, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and to provide accurate information when registering.

4. Payment, Cancellation & Refund Policy

4.1 Educational Sessions

If you cancel at least 7 days before a scheduled session, you will receive a full refund. Cancellations made between 7 and 2 days before are eligible for a 50% refund or credit toward a future session. Sessions canceled less than 2 days before are not eligible for a refund due to scheduling and resource allocation.

You may reschedule a session without fee if you notify us at least 3 days in advance. Later requests may be accommodated at the instructor's discretion.

4.2 Digital Materials

Digital materials are provided immediately upon purchase. We cannot offer refunds after download or access. If you experience technical issues or receive a faulty file, please contact us for a replacement.

4.3 Physical Materials

You may send items back within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Once we receive the items, we will issue the refund via the same payment method within 7 days. Shipping charges are not covered by the refund.

5. Specialized Services

Certain one-on-one consulting or custom offerings are non-refundable due to the significant preparation required. This will be noted explicitly in the service description.
